If you’re an older adult or caregiver who needs support at home, your first call should be to Council on Aging (COA). We’re your connection to the wide variety of programs and services available to older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers in our community. As an Area Agency on Aging, we’re here to answer your questions, share information about options, and connect you to the community resources and services that can best meet your needs.
The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program that provides eligible Ohioans assistance with their energy bills. This one-time benefit is applied directly to the customer’s utility bill or bulk fuel bill.
The Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) helps eligible Ohioans manage their energy bills year- round. Payments are based on a percentage of household income and are consistent year-round.
The United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) is here to help you in some of the toughest times. From our free 211 Helpline which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to Free Tax Preparation services and even free prescription discounts for everyone, we aim to help lift the residents of our community into a better place of being. They can also assist with one’s application for The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) which is a Federal Communications Commission program that helps connect families and households struggling to afford internet service.

Parkinson Support & Wellness (PSW) exists to help those with PD in the Greater Cincinnati/Greater Dayton area learn about the disease, which empowers individuals to take control and make connections with local resources like support and exercise groups.
The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Cincinnati Chapter serves individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, their families and caregivers in 37 counties in Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana. The Greater Cincinnati Chapter office is now open to the community Tuesday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Monday and Friday by appointment.
Care consultations are also available by appointment.

Cancer Support Community Greater Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky is here to support anyone affected by cancer so that no one faces cancer alone. For nearly 30 years, CSC has been enhancing the lives of people in the local community by offering free support and services to improve quality of life and survivorship.
