Terms and Conditions

All payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person if requested within 5 days of purchase. To request a transfer, please email us with the name and contact information of the new participant. Requests for credit toward future classes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if a participant is unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances.
Make-Up, Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a course is canceled due to instructor illness, EngAging Seniors will offer a make-up course so participants can complete their learning experience.
If a course is canceled due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the class as a one-time offering.
If a participant is unable to attend the make-up class that results from an EngAging Seniors cancellation, a refund will be issued by check.
