Let's eat Greek!

To wet your appetite for the Engaging Seniors' Greek Gala, we will be serving a 4 Course Greek Dinner starting with traditional Mediterranean spreads with Pita Bread and an Olive Sampling Bar. Our second course is Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki, Spanakopita and Greek Orzo, dressed in Lemon and Herbs.  Following European tradition, we will serve a Greek Salad providing a cleansing finish before dessert. Baklava and Kourambiethes (Greek Christmas Cookies)

will be our dessert.  

Beverages will include either 2 Greek Wine Pours or 2 European Sodas, San Pellegrino Sparkling Water and Coffee or Tea.  A shot of Ouzo will be toasted to the winner of Split the Pot.

For fun, dressing as a Greek God/Goddess is optional.
